The application forms must be written in Japanese and signed by the person in charge or his\/her representative. Since we are not able to apply for shooting permits on\r\n                            your behalf, we recommend hiring a local location (production) company or a freelance location coordinator who will go through all the necessary application procedures on your behalf.\r\n                          <\/p>\r\n                          <h2>About Our Support Service<\/h2>\r\n                          <p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"\/Portals\/0\/images\/English_picture\/2020-10-26-14.55.20-863.jpg\" style=\"width: 859px; height: 400px\" \/><\/p>\r\n                          <h3><span style=\"font-size: 17.1429px; font-family: Meiryo, Verdana, '\u30d2\u30e9\u30ae\u30ce\u89d2\u30b4 Pro W3', 'Hiragino Kaku Gothic Pro', Osaka, 'MS P\u30b4\u30b7\u30c3\u30af', sans-serif\">Targets<\/span><\/h3>\r\n                          <p>Our support service is open to feature films and TV dramas.<\/p>\r\n                          <h3>Requirements<\/h3>\r\n                          <p>When you apply for our support services, you will be expected to meet the all conditions below:<\/p>\r\n                          <ul>\r\n                            <li>To observe the Japanese laws and regulations.<\/li>\r\n\r\n                            <li>To adhere to the terms and conditions agreed with each location used.<\/li>\r\n\r\n                            <li>The content of your production is not offensive to public order or morality.<\/li>\r\n\r\n                            <li>The content is not intended for specific religious or political activity.<\/li>\r\n\r\n                            <li>Be considerate of local residents. Inform them when filming will take place, address anticipated problems before they occur and respond quickly and effectively when they do.<\/li>\r\n                          <\/ul>\r\n                          <h2>Important notes related to filming in Tokyo<\/h2>\r\n                          <h3>Safety<\/h3>\r\n                          <p>Take all necessary measures to make everything as safe as possible. Provide safe pedestrian passage through and around the set during the shoot. Pedestrians must be allowed to walk through when cameras are not rolling.<\/p>\r\n                          <h3>Consideration<\/h3>\r\n                          <p>In addition to getting necessary permissions from relevant authorities, give due consideration to the impact on local residents during a large shoot, especially when filming involves the use of special effects or loud noise.<\/p>\r\n                          <h3>Communication<\/h3>\r\n                          <p>\r\n                            Have sufficient discussions with relevant third parties when adverse impacts are anticipated due to filming activity. Inform local residents in the affected area when filming will take place and what is to be expected, especially when the scenes to be shot will involve\r\n                            loud explosions and noise, artificial firearms, fire, smoke, and other special effects which may cause alarm.\r\n                          <\/p>\r\n                          <h3>Schedule Change<\/h3>\r\n                          <p>\r\n                            Once shooting dates have been set between you and the location owner, try not to change them unless you have a very compelling reason. If you must change the shooting date and\/or time, let the location owner know promptly, especially when you change on the day of\r\n                            shooting. Also, be sure to inform everyone concerned.\r\n                          <\/p>\r\n                          <h3>Cleanup<\/h3>\r\n                          <p>Clean up after shooting. Make sure that nothing is left behind, including equipment, litter, signs or tape that your production put up. Do final walk-through with the location owner to check the site is back to its pre-filming condition before leaving.<\/p>\r\n                          <h3>Compensation for Damages<\/h3>\r\n                          <p>If the filmmaker causes damage to the site, compensation for the damage must be made at the expense of the filmmaker, and it is their responsibility to ensure this happens. We recommend filmmakers to take out relevant insurance in case of accident.<\/p>\r\n                          <h2>Request from the Tokyo Location Box<\/h2>\r\n                          <p>To promote understanding of film-making to the citizens of Tokyo, we have some requests to you. Please cooperate with us to.<\/p>\r\n                          <ul>\r\n                            <li>Allow Tokyo Location Box to take photographs at the filming site for our promotional purposes.&nbsp;<\/li>\r\n                            <li>Provide a copy of the work to us.<\/li>\r\n                            <li>Provide any goods created through the work to us.
