1.Contact Us<\/h2>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Please contact us using our support application form<\/a>. Please Fill in as much information as possible. Proposal, Script, and other materials should be attached to it. \u203bThe provided information may\r\n be used to consider your request with those involved, but will not be disclosed to third parties without your prior permission. Please note that we may decline your request if there is not enough time to secure necessary permits for filming.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n

2.Consultation and Provision of Information<\/h2>\r\n\r\n

\r\n Let us know what kinds of locations you are looking for. If we have something that matches your request, we will get in touch with the owner or manager of the location to get approval to film. We can go on a location scout with you if needed. Please note that the\r\n location owner always has the final say on whether or not you can film on the location.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n

3.Applying for Filming Permits<\/h2>\r\n\r\n

\r\n The application process and required documents differ from location to location. Be sure to apply to the police for a road use permit when you also film on the street next to the location you are going to film. In addition to this, permission from the local fire\r\n department is required when the scenes are shot that involve fire and smoke effects. In regard to loud explosions and noise, artificial firearms, fire, smoke, and other special effects, make sure to inform local residents in the affected area when filming will be\r\n taking place and what to expect.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n

4.Day of Filming<\/h2>\r\n\r\n

Depending on the circumstances, TLB staff will accompany the film crew on set on the day of filming.<\/p>\r\n <\/section>\r\n

5.After Filming<\/h2>\r\n\r\n

Let us know how the filming went at the end of your shoot. Get us listed on the credits as written below and provide us with a copy of the work. See \"Request from Tokyo Location Box<\/a>\"<\/p>\r\n\r\n
